Formula for SuccessAs a Technical Sales Representative within our Coatings division, you will manage a list of BASF customers in Queensland, providing technical training on application techniques, assist with product selection and colour matching from our product range.
You'll:
Develop relationships through visits across your territory to help with training & troubleshooting.Take time to build relationships with each customer and understand their team's capability.Provide advice to our customers on new and relevant products and services.Strategically map your list of accounts to ensure an appropriate contact and sales strategy.Ingredients for SuccessTo be successful in this role, you'll have a strong ability to build relationships with customers of different seniority levels and background, using your technical understanding of Automotive Refinish to build trust within your customer base.
You'll:
Hold a qualification in Automotive Refinish or equivalent spray painter qualification.High level of emotional intelligence, utilized to work through challenging situations.Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills, written and verbal.Basic Microsoft skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.What we can offer youAt BASF you get more than just compensation.
