Job Responsibilities Regularly meet with prospective and existing clients to provide solutions, coordinate product training and capitalize on growth opportunities. Service and support all customers to achieve budgeted turnover and contribution. Communicate national product ranging, pricing, action plans, promotional and advertising initiatives. Identify new business opportunities with prospective customers. Provide technical, sales services and after sales service to customers and provide assistance for feedback and complaints. Maintain and update product and applications and provide specifications and demonstrations. Provide hands on support when required on customer sites (e.g. replacement of pumps, hosing etc.) Your Expertise - Our Strength Be comfortable in liaising with all levels of decision makers and, working directly with B2B, B2C and Channel Distribution. Have a thorough knowledge of the concrete industry. Have the ability to work autonomously and a strong aptitude for marketing and sales. Possess excellent communication and customer service/relationship building skills. Be willing to get your hands dirty and assist with any maintenance as required on customer sites when required.
