Our rapidly growing organisation is looking for an experienced Sales/Business Development professional to join our Commercial Sales team.
The role will ideally suit someone who has a successful track record in technical product sales and has been integral in continuing to drive sales growth in the Commercial market.
What does the role entail? Maintain and increase the sales of Commercial Hot Water systems by managing our existing trade accounts and building new account opportunities through plumbers, builders, developers, embedded network channel within your designated territory. Develop and implement strategies to increase business development and sales growth with key accounts. Building and maintaining strong customer focused relationships within the industry. Increase sales and market share of the Commercial business by analysing market trends and focusing on both short and long term sales growth. Provide technical support to both external and internal customers as required. Identify ongoing market development opportunities by playing a key role to increase the awareness of the Rinnai Commercial brand within the market. The successful applicant will be required to partake in some regular regional travel. Who are we looking for? Successful background developing sales growth and business development with products of a technical nature. Plumbing Trade qualifications and/or experience in hydraulics. The ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service. Experience within the construction and plumbing industries. A positive and self-driven salesperson with a goal focused mentality. Strong negotiation skills together with excellent communication. A technically minded individual with strong analytical capability. High level of commercial and business acumen. Individuals who have existing relationships within the tier 1 plumber and/or hydraulic consultant markets will be held in high regard. What's in it for you?
