Role Overview:
As a Technical Sales Representative, you'll be the key connection between our air conditioning solutions and our clients.
You will assess client needs, offer customised solutions, and guide clients through the purchase journey.
Staying up to date with market trends, competitor actions, and changing client needs, you will deliver proactive solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue sales opportunities by building prospect lists and researching potential clients.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, competitor offerings, and market conditions.Build and maintain strong client relationships, regularly interacting to uncover new selling opportunities.Assess client requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and explain the benefits of our products.Track competitor activity and client needs, providing insights to sales management.Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, secure contracts, and ensure accurate order documentation.Coordinate product delivery, installation, and services for a seamless client experience.Report on sales progress, client feedback, and product viability to sales management.Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues.Maintain and submit accurate sales reports and records of business expenses.Qualifications: Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within air conditioning, industrial, or pharmaceutical sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to understand client needs and recommend effective solutions.Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and track industry trends.Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.If youre a skilled technical sales professional passionate about helping clients succeed, we want to hear from you.
