This role is a split between farming existing accounts and continuing to build business by growing share of wallet of the portfolio with these customersResponsibilities: Service a current customer base of dealerships providing laser focus serviceProactively drive sales by engaging with current customers to increase the product portfolio rangeProvide dealership training sessions (during work hours) to keep product knowledge up-to-date and relevantCommunicate all necessary communication to customers regarding stock arrivals, stock levels, new products, etcKeep on top of all business administration related to the roleProvide high-level customer technical supportAssist key customers with building solutions for highly specialised use casesAssist with shows and demos when requiredContinuous internal feedback to resolve product issues/innovationProfileBeing an autonomous self-starter is imperative to this role being successful.
The preferred candidate will look like: 3-5+ years industry experience (gas distribution and manufacture) or related experience in a trade where gas is a core component - (welding or plumbing)A natural ability to build reputable customer relationshipsAbility to pick up technical information quickly and relay this to customersMaintain impeccable communication both internally and externallyWorks collaboratively with the wider team with ongoing communication Solutions driven with a can-do approach to any situationOrganisational aptitude, time management skills, and ability to multitaskAbility to keep up in a fast-paced environmentMS Office proficiency as well as the ability to retrieve and analyse data through software packages and an online e-commerce platformJob OfferWith their headquarters in Brisbane East, there is a very good chance that career progression in this role could be quick.
You will have remote flexibility when not required in the office for meetings or training.
