Key Responsibilities: Work alongside the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their needs.Assist in creating and presenting technical proposals, solution designs, and product demonstrations.Implement and configure network, voice, and cloud solutions for customers.Provide ongoing technical support for deployed solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and troubleshoot any technical challenges.Stay updated on the latest technologies to drive innovation and provide forward-thinking solutions to clients.Key Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with Enterprise Network Administration, including technologies such as: Cisco, Meraki, MikroTik, Cambium, CradlePointExperience with voice and telephony platforms, including: Cisco Webex Calling, Microsoft Teams Calling, and IP-PBX administrationExposure to areas such as voice, data, cloud connectivity, security, and managed networks.A passion for delivering solutions that solve customer challenges.Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, CradlePoint, or similar) are a plus.Understanding of pre-sales processes and solution design is desirable but not essential.Why Join Us?
