DeVision Recruitment are proud to be partnering with an established business that offers a world leading security SaaS platform.
The product allows businesses to integrate all their physical infrastructure under one system.
This is an international business which is a leader in its field and has been in operation for 20+ years.
Some travel will be involved across Melbourne and Canberra occasionally.

This position provides pre sales support to the sales team and end users.
The role provides technical assistance to clients, playing a pivotal role in the selling process and assisting to help close deals with customers.
Providing technical support to the sales team ensures the successful selling and installation of technology solutions and ongoing client satisfaction in the pre and post sales phase.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction through the delivery of the highest quality pre and post sales technical support.
Assisting the sales team with pre sales activities including the development of formal sales plans, quotations, and proposals.
Providing demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation, and sales support services for the Sales team and clients.
Defining solutions with the sales team to support customer business requirements and future strategies.
Developing detailed product/technology/industry knowledge as well as knowledge of job associated software and applications.
Working through complex tender responses and compliance statements.
Providing specialised technical support on-site or from a remote location (telephone/email) when required.
Acting as the primary technical liaison between customers and the R&D department as issues are resolved.

Requirements:
Experience with integrated security solutions and electronic access control systems.
Pre/Post-Sales experience.
SQL Server database administration experience.
Extensive networking experience including TCP/IP knowledge.
Advanced Windows Operating Systems skills including AD, Server management, Shell scripting, and Certificates management.
Virtual environments setup and support.
Analytical, diagnostic, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to tailor presentations according to the needs and varying levels of technical understanding of different audiences.
