Radical Torque Solutions Pty Ltd – Mackay QLD
Based in Mackay and reporting directly to the State Manager, we are looking for a technical sales focused Business Development Manager. You will be closely partnering and collaborating with a variety of diverse distributors and resellers to deliver a consistently high standard of service to support our customers along with uncovering new business to increase sales.
We are preferably seeking an experienced, technically minded person.
Your duties will include:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing distributor and customer network Identify and expand new business opportunities Actively promote and sell a comprehensive range of RAD Torque Systems and RTS Torque bolting products Conduct distributor product and end user tool awareness training Provide our customers with bolting solutions and technical advice where required Provide outstanding support to distribution network and enhance end user experience Strive to meet and exceed reachable sales and profit targets About You Previous experience in a technical sales role preferred A sound knowledge of the QLD mining and heavy industries would be an advantage Sales experience with torque bolting equipment is an advantage but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive and results driven Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team Exceptional organisational and time management skills The ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines Positive outlook Valid driver's licence and a willingness to travel regionally when required On Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Fully maintained company vehicle, phone, and laptop Close knit team and supportive culture Fast growing national market leader Ability to supply the highest quality products on the market #J-18808-Ljbffr
