Radical Torque Solutions Pty Ltd – Mackay QLDBased in Mackay and reporting directly to the State Manager, we are looking for a technical sales focused Business Development Manager. You will be closely partnering and collaborating with a variety of diverse distributors and resellers to deliver a consistently high standard of service to support our customers along with uncovering new business to increase sales.We are preferably seeking an experienced, technically minded person.Your duties will include:Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing distributor and customer networkIdentify and expand new business opportunitiesActively promote and sell a comprehensive range of RAD Torque Systems and RTS Torque bolting productsConduct distributor product and end user tool awareness trainingProvide our customers with bolting solutions and technical advice where requiredProvide outstanding support to distribution network and enhance end user experienceStrive to meet and exceed reachable sales and profit targetsAbout YouPrevious experience in a technical sales role preferredA sound knowledge of the QLD mining and heavy industries would be an advantageSales experience with torque bolting equipment is an advantage but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive and results drivenAbility to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit teamExceptional organisational and time management skillsThe ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlinesPositive outlookValid driver's licence and a willingness to travel regionally when requiredOn OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceFully maintained company vehicle, phone, and laptopClose knit team and supportive cultureFast growing national market leaderAbility to supply the highest quality products on the market
