The Opportunity
HCA's Muswellbrook branch has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Report Writer.
The main focus of the role is to compile detailed technical reports relating to our re-manufactured components for internal and external customers.

As a Technical Report Writer, you will:
Conduct failure investigations for Reman components with the support of the product support team.
Create technical reports for warranty claims.
Develop and update report templates to industry standards.
Maintain records related to component failure mode data and monitor failure trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to gain an in-depth technical understanding of the relevant Hitachi Reman product and customer expectations.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Relevant mechanical trade or engineering qualifications.
Excellent report writing ability, including sound knowledge of Failure Analysis processes.
A good understanding of manufacturing processes within engineering and Earthmoving industries will be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Word & Excel.
