As a trusted partner to our Engineering leaders, you will build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs, drive niche recruitment strategies, foster an exceptional candidate experience and ultimately align hiring outcomes with our overall business goals.
You will leverage your advanced sourcing skills to attract and retain high-quality talent in a niche market.
To be a successful Technical Talent Partner at Wisetech you will have: 5+ years of full lifecycle technical recruitment experience in a high-volume, tech-focused environment Experience in an in-house recruitment environment Proven experience crafting Boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in niche markets using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools Experience collaborating closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates Experience identifying trends and insights from conversations to make data-driven recommendations for improvements Detail-oriented approach to identify only the very best talent Strong organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines Before You Apply: From time to time, WiseTech Global may use external service providers to assist us with assessing applications, including background checks, on our behalf.
