This fast-paced role will give you exposure across our technical recruitment campaigns, working with our talent team to hire the very best. You will need to be a key driver in a high performance culture with a commitment to delivering the optimal candidate experience.
Experience & Skills: 8+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience in high-volume, tech-focused environments Experience in SaaS and/or in-house recruiting environments Proven experience crafting boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in niche industries and roles Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Experience collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates Experience identifying trends and insights from response and conversion rates to make data-driven recommendations for iterative improvements Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines and track sourcing activities effectively We offer competitive remuneration packages, paid time off, development opportunities in the form of education assistance, mentorship, LinkedIn learning, and more!
