You will need to be a key driver in a high performance culture with a commitment to delivering the optimal candidate experience.Experience & Skills:8+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience in high-volume, tech-focused environmentsExperience in SaaS and/or in-house recruiting environmentsProven experience crafting boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in niche industries and rolesExperience with LinkedIn RecruiterExperience collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidatesExperience identifying trends and insights from response and conversion rates to make data-driven recommendations for iterative improvementsDetail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines and track sourcing activities effectivelyWe offer competitive remuneration packages, paid time off, development opportunities in the form of education assistance, mentorship, LinkedIn learning, and more!
