About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Records Lead to join our dynamic growing team.

You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility of records, while leading a small team to deliver high quality technical record-keeping practices.
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in the success of the technical documentation and records with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities of the role include: Assist in the development of RAMCO System to meet PHI requirements.Technical Records system improvement in liaison with Maintenance Controller/ HAAMC.Component induction/receipting into RAMCO – loading tech record requirements.Aircraft induction/receipting to RAMCO system.Auditing compliance of aircraft records and Maintenance Programme.Engineering Order Management in RAMCO.Ensure zero-time compliance (i.e., no over-dues).Assisting engineers with technical administrative support.Liaise with QA, Accounts, Inventory and Engineering as required.Conduct in-house systems and Ramco systems training as required.Project and Procedure development as directed.Supervision of Technical Records employees.To be considered for this role, you will need: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Good general office skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Have worked in Maintenance Control/Technical records support function.Experience in a Team Leader position.About you: Highly organised and efficient.Sound judgement.Initiative.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Able to be flexible.Team player.By joining our team, you will work in a rewarding and professional environment, with a diverse team of people sharing ideas and experiences.
