As the Technical Project Manager, you will spearhead the end-to-end delivery of our Retail POS Software Platform, ensuring it is ready for rollout and live operations.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align implementation with strategic objectives and oversee the transition to operational handover.
Post go-live, you will join our clients Store Technology Squad to drive continuous improvement and deliver new features.
Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Platform Readiness (Pre-Go-Live): Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestonesCollaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and customer teams to define requirementsOversee software deployment, configuration, and testingSecure and manage resources for successful implementationIdentify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation processTransition to Operational Handover: Coordinate with the Service Delivery Manager for a smooth transition to steady-state operationsValidate operational readiness, ensuring all processes, tools, and systems are in place.Post-Go-Live Feature Development (Store Technology Squad): Prioritize and deliver new features from a backlogContribute to ongoing improvements in platform functionality and user experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of enhancementsRequired Skills and Experience: Proven experience in managing complex software platform implementations in retail POSStrong technical background in software development, integration, and deploymentDesired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related fieldCertifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum methodologiesExperience with retail POS platforms or similar systems in large-scale deploymentsLike to know more?
