We value a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.About the Role The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery and management of a new platform, with a focus on disputes and compliance.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong program focus, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in stakeholder management.Responsibilities Program Management: Oversee the development and delivery of the Pega Smart dispute platform, managing over 10+ Epics.Ensure the seamless integration of the platform with neighbouring assets.Focus on building a robust platform that aligns with future requirements.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners.Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels.Delivery Management: Drive efficient execution of Visa and Mastercard scheme integration within the disputes platform.Maintain a clear focus on achieving key deliverables within defined timelines and budgets.Technical Leadership: Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with operational and compliance requirements.Provide technical oversight, ensuring quality and scalability of the delivered platform.Compliance and Disputes Focus: Ensure all program activities comply with regulatory and operational standards.Lead efforts to enhance dispute resolution capabilities through innovative solutions.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in program delivery and stakeholder management.
Strong expertise in dispute domains.
Solid technical background with an understanding of platform development and integration.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple epics and dependencies.
Proactive, self-driven, and focused on achieving program objectives.Required Skills Past experience of platforms like Pega Smart dispute.Previous experience in rolling out platforms for schemes such as Visa and Mastercard.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial services.
