Join a transformation team dedicated to the digital uplift across multiple areas of the organisation.
We are looking to onboard an experienced Project Manager to lead this ground-up project from the conceptual phase through planning, design, development, testing, deployment, post-deployment and project closure.
Your objective will be to work closely with dedicated project SMEs from the People & Culture team, vendors, internal stakeholders, and change managers to ensure a well-run project for implementing a new HRMIS.
What you will bring to the role
Your prior experience working within human resources/people & culture operations
Your proven success in project managing a software solution implementation/deployment in this field, e.g. HRMIS, HCM, TMS, Workforce Management, Workforce Optimisation, HR Tech, HRIS, People Analytics, Employee Experience, People Operations
Your high emotional intelligence and self-awareness
Your ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Your comfort zone with change and working with teams going through rapid change
