Our Australian/APAC team is growing, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join us as a technical project manager. This is a customer facing role where you'll be the primary point of contact in delivering our proprietary software solution, Exonaut to our military customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
Responsible for the Project Management and Operational Delivery of Exonaut projects Manage the day-to-day delivery of 4C Strategies services. Develop relationships with ADF customers and relevant industry partners to support delivery and generate further opportunities for 4C Strategies growth. Provide regular input to the 4C software development process Provide input to proposal documents, pitches/presentations and RFP responses that match 4C solutions to business opportunities. Provide support to other 4C Projects and Services, including outside the defence sector, as required. Who you are: You will be a self-starter, with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. You will be a rapid adopter of technology, with a willingness to learn along with the ability to build trust and create good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you will have/be:
Ex military, ideally with experience of ADF training Previous project management experience, ideally in a technical and/or IT related experience A broad network which can lead you to positive engagement within the Armed Forces and broader Defence Sector. Strong presentation skills and excellent communications skills. Ability to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution and foster innovation. Ability to travel, primarily within Australia but occasionally worldwide. Understanding of Quality Management, Health & Safety and Performance Management. Understanding and aptitude in relation to training systems and user support.
