What you can expect Zoom is seeking a Technical Project Manager for the Professional Services Organization. The Technical Project Manager will be managing the designing and deployment of CX solutions. This role will be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
About the Team The Professional Services Organisation is responsible for managing the designing and deployment of Zoom Phone and Contact Center solutions.
What we're looking for Have a Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or its equivalent and experience designing and implementing Voice/Video and Contact Center solutionsExperience of implementing Enterprise contact center solutionsExperience of implementing integrations into Contact Centers and Telephony solutionsExperience of implementing chat bots for Enterprise customer solutionsExperience with Voice/Video and Contact Center best practices, processes, and procedures for design, deployment, and supportExperience with migrations to Cloud Voice & Cloud Contact Center solutionsHave knowledge of deployments for SBCs, trunks, gatewaysWays of Working
