We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist to join our Systems Components team. Within this role you would leverage your software development, architecture or technical product expertise to work with our development team to build software systems that solve the global logistics industries most challenging problems. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical specifics and business needs.
This role sits in our WiseTech Platform services team, that enables WiseTech Product teams to deliver high quality products faster. By building on our platforms, teams can rely on common building blocks that are designed to be flexible, secure, reliable, performant, scalable, and easy to use. This allows product teams to be more efficient by focusing on solving domain specific problems.
What you will be doing within this role;Deeply engaging with both our customers and other product teams to understand their technical pain points and translate them into high level design/solution documentsProvide expert technical support to customer incidents and issues in a timely manner related to the system components/architecture core teamsUtilize your technical background to collaborate with our software development teams and design concrete solutionsAssist in aligning the product roadmap with the company priorities and manage/update the product enhancements backlog based on the prioritiesParticipate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product meets the functional objectivesContribute to product documentationWork closely with the Product Manager in setting up the product vision, roadmap and strategyWhat you will have to be successful in this role:Strong technical background of 4+ years working as a Software Developer, Technical Product Owner/Specialist or Technical Business AnalystStrong communication skills to be able to bridge the gap between business needs and technical specificationsThe ability to understand, analyze and transform pain points into implementable solutionsCreative mindset to come up with solutions our customers didn't know were possibleMore about WiseTech GlobalAt WiseTech Global we build leading technology solutions that help the logistics industry move goods globally.
