The Qantas Group's main business is the transportation of customers and freight using two complementary airline brands — Qantas and Jetstar — operating regional, domestic, and international services.Job DescriptionThe Technical Product Owner – Engineering is a leader with a customer-centric mentality, responsible for business partnering with senior leaders and technology teams to drive strategy and implement solutions within areas of IT and the Engineering and Maintenance businesses across the Qantas Group.The Technical Product Owner is accountable, through their squads, for the delivery of strategies, features, enhancements, projects and initiatives, as well as overseeing operational support across a range of critical systems. They are also responsible for developing a team culture of continuous improvement and innovation across both direct and indirect reporting lines.You will guide and mentor cross-functional squads and vendors to ensure features are delivered to commitments, and the products meet their service levels and are secure and resilient by design.
