As a Technical Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our Identity platform, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable solutions across our ecosystem.
You'll lead initiatives that drive impactful results, including the successful integration of new services and the transformation of our product vision into actionable roadmaps and requirements.
You'll work closely with cross functional teams across Product, Technology, Commercial, Customer Experience and the business unit leadership team as well as a broad range of stakeholders to understand needs and create solutions that deliver value and maximise business efficiency whilst always having our customers best interests at heart.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will… Successfully pilot and integrate a new Authorisation service that meets key performance metrics.
Translate the Identity product vision and roadmap into detailed requirements, ensuring alignment with the broader company goals.
Lead the Identity squad in delivering against goals, monitoring progress, and making data-driven decisions.
Champion the Identity UX and Developer Experience to ensure a seamless integration across internal products and services.
Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, manage day-to-day activities, and track progress towards team goals.
You have… The ideal candidate has: 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, particularly in Identity Access Management & Authorisation services.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex products with a focus on authentication, authorisation, and security.
Strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
Experience working out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks Demonstrated ability to communicate technical requirements with engineers.
