Technical Product Manager - Finance & Integration At Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) , our purpose is to 'open up the world for those who want to see'.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team and take ownership of the technical integration between our mid-office platforms and data & insights product.
You will play a key role in managing the technical roadmap and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive product delivery across the globe.
This position also involves owning the Back Office Finance platform's technical roadmap and managing relationships with third-party vendors to ensure ongoing support and platform development.

A day in the life...
Lead integration of mid-office systems with our data & insights product.
Align technical integration with the customer-facing product roadmap.
Manage the Back Office Finance platform, collaborating with global finance teams.
Oversee third-party vendor relationships for ongoing support.
Optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Own and manage the platform support model across multiple stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to craft and implement dynamic technical roadmaps that drive our success.
Align customer needs with technical platforms to stay ahead of trends.
Empower stakeholders through training and platform support.
Benchmark offerings to maintain competitive advantages.
Manage product lifecycle and define the platform's strategic vision.
Act as a product evangelist, sharing insights across the organization.
Track and refine objectives and key results based on feedback.
Who you are...
4+ years of experience in technical product management.
Expertise in platform integration and development.
Strong background in data products and insights.
Experience with mid-office or back-office systems.
Proven experience managing finance systems, teams, and third-party vendors.
Skilled in managing project and product deliverables, transitioning to business-as-usual support.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Travel or internet-scale environment experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Understanding of travel or retail industries.
Standard office hours, with potential for after-hours work due to global nature.
