Reporting into your State Sales Manager, this role provides a mix of autonomy and support for you to achieve your goals.Success in the Technical Services Representative role looks like:Provide training on the complete range of Sherwin-Williams products to distributors, resellers, and end users.Be a technical leader and provide solutions for customers through technical analysis to resolve performance or technical issues.Partner with distributors and resellers to develop new account target lists.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with distributors, resellers, and end users.Provide technical support as required to distributors, resellers, and end users.Maintain and update Salesforce CRM database.We want to hear from you if you have:Qualifications in Automotive Refinish.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to build collaborative working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.Demonstrated experience in an automotive refinish sales environment.Advanced knowledge and experience with CRM systems and processes (Salesforce).Ability to influence and drive alignment among a diverse set of stakeholders.If this sounds enticing and you're ready for your next career challenge, please click APPLY for an immediate interview.Thank you,The team at Sherwin Williams.
