You will provide technical support regarding project specifications, quality assurance compliance and will assist with the timely flow of general project information to the construction team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent university or TAFE graduate or those with a practical background and strong administrative skills.Key Responsibilities:Provide support to Civil Engineers and Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered in compliance with the company's Integrated Management System (IMS), contractual obligations, and budget requirementsManage the allocation and tracking of materials and resources using our project databaseOversee all project documentation, including quality control records, ensuring accuracy and timely completionMinimum Requirements:3–5 years of experience in project administration, preferably in a civil construction or engineering environment.What We're Looking For:Strong multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectivelyA self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, demonstrating high motivation and initiativeExcellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinkingConfidence in liaising with external clients at various levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in ExcelExperience in data collection, analysis, and document formattingA hands-on, practical approach, coupled with a mature and professional attitudeWhy Join Us?At Gradco, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop within a diverse and supportive environment.
