The Opportunity: This role offers a proactive, motivated and tech-savvy team player the opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing team.
You will support our partner - Coles with your technical resource skills, remotely monitoring Refrigeration, HVAC and Lighting systems within stores.
This is a Permanent Full time opportunity working Friday - Tuesday between 7:00am and 7:00pm on a rotating roster.
Saturday and Sunday shifts will earn you generous penalty rates!

Working within a fast-paced Contact Centre environment that operates 24/7 and provides Contact Centre services to our partners Work in a control room environment, monitoring alarm systems Manage high volume of outbound calls to field technicians and stores Accurately enter data Deliver customer service to our partners and our field-based team members in our state of the art technical and sustainability centre You will be required to have:
Demonstrated experience using multiple systems concurrently A high level of attention to detail Customer service experience within a Contact Centre environment - preferred Previous experience in a Technical Support or service role - preferred If you would like to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.
