Seeking an experienced Technical Manager for solar panel installations and client support at JA Solar.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the deployment of solar panel systems, ensuring efficient execution and addressing any operational challenges. This role is crucial for achieving client satisfaction and delivering on our promise of effective renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities: Oversee the complete project lifecycle of solar panel installations, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. Act as the primary liaison for clients from post-sale through system installation, providing consistent support and expert guidance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during system installation and performance phases, in collaboration with our technical teams. Maintain rigorous standards for budget, schedule, and quality throughout each project phase. Build and sustain strong client relationships through regular communication, fostering trust and satisfaction. Perform regular site visits to verify compliance with safety standards and monitor overall project progress. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and client service by developing and implementing effective strategies. Adhere to all relevant industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance throughout each project. Qualifications: At least three years of project management experience in renewable energy projects, particularly those exceeding 100 megawatts. Advanced knowledge in electrical engineering or a related technical field, with a focus on solar energy systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and team members. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools. Experience in client-facing roles within the energy sector is highly preferred.
