Position Summary As our Technical Manager, you'll lead the charge in defining and enhancing power electronics (inverters) and energy storage systems (ESS). Your excellent communication skills will help seamlessly integrate the technical support team with sales and operation teams, as well as communicate with existing and future customers. Your expertise will shape our success, ensuring we meet market demands, navigate regulations, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Reporting to: Country Manager Primary Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage a dynamic team providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support for inverters and ESS. Process Excellence: Develop and refine technical support processes/systems for our power electronics and energy storage products. Market Impact: Drive the adoption of PV inverters and ESS products in the Australian market. Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales team to achieve commercial excellence. Strategic Insights: Provide valuable input for product development by staying informed about macro policies, regulations, industry standards, and technology trends related to power electronics and energy storage systems. Innovation: Create and optimize groundbreaking power electronics and energy storage system solutions. Training and Empowerment: Develop training courses, user manuals, and manage product certifications. Versatility: Be open to other tasks assigned by the company. Job Requirements Education: Hold a master's degree or above. With over 5 years of management experience in renowned photovoltaic inverters or energy storage enterprises (bonus points for lithium battery industry experience), you're ready to lead. Demonstrated ability to handle responsibilities before and after the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. Proven track record in presales activities, such as understanding customer needs, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions. Industry Vision: Understand the solar/new energy industry's dynamics and trends. Knowledge of Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) is highly desirable. Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your communication skills are top-notch. Bonus if you can communicate in Chinese. Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in documenting processes, creating reports, and maintaining clear records. Leadership and Integrity: Exhibit strong leadership, effective team management, and unwavering professional ethics. Be rigorous, pragmatic, and highly responsible.
