Job ResponsibilitiesClosely working with Project manager for a study of WTE modularization analysis and provide Deliverables to ClientIntroduce the principles of modularizationProvide details that show the potential benefits of embracing the modularization philosophyPreliminary analysis of Modular construction pros and cons based on project informationConduct and facilitate modularization strategy review meetingsWorking with Project manager to assist Client bidding on EPC/DBO projectUncover potential cost savings/schedule improvement opportunities by using analytical toolsIdentify the potential drivers of a modular strategyIdentify the key factors that will influence the success of modular constructionSystematic analysis is used to identify and mitigate relevant obstacles.Develop a modular planning schemeFeasibility Study ReportJob RequirementsDegree or higher in Engineering or an equivalent disciplineWith at least 10-15 years of modular experience in Waste-to-energy (WTE) projectsBe able to provide engineering expert opinion for WTE Process equipment and piping, electrical, instruments, etc.Be able to identify the modular opportunities at the assessment and selection phaseBe able to facilitate the reality checks process about modularization on the projectBe able to facilitate the development of modularization feasibility study reportBased on drawings/models, propose and develop modularization strategyBe able to assess the pains and gains associated with the modularised construction in comparison to the stick build constructionBe able to provide design constructability input during this feasibility study to establish pros and cons in both modularised and stick built constructionBe able to assess advantages/ challenges in implementation of Quality Control during the construction execution in modularise strategyProvide ad-hoc support all through the modularization feasibility study process with relevant expertise.Why work for AtkinsRéalis?We at AtkinsRéalis are committed to developing its people both personally and professionally.
