Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of wealth management systems and applications.
Collaborate with the team to facilitate the migration of the current platform to a new system.
Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
Participate in ETL processes to ensure efficient and accurate data migration.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through established validation and verification processes during migration.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Contribute to the architecture and design of IT systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a PL/SQL Developer or similar role.
Extensive experience in PL/SQL programming and SQL query optimisation.
Proficient with Oracle databases and associated tools such as SQL*Plus, TOAD, or Oracle SQL Developer.
At least 8 years of IT experience, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
In-depth knowledge of wealth management platforms, financial products, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with platform migrations is highly desirable.
