A well established software company is looking to grow their team with the addition of a Technical Lead.

You will be leading a squad of 5 engineers and reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. The current stack is PHP, React, AWS but they will be introducing Node.js in the next 12-18 months.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business who are fast becoming a dominant name on the market, within their field.

The company have an office in Sydney and have a hybrid working environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership experience and technical background, design patterns experience, refactoring and product communication.

Experience Overview:
- Leadership experience
- PHP development experience
- Node
- AWS
- React
- MySQL
- TDD

Role Overview
- Salary: $170,000 to $180,000 + super range based on experience
- Hybrid working in Sydney - 2-3 days in the office
