About the Role This newly created position, driven by company expansion, involves leading multiple senior engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient technical solutions.
Working alongside Product Owners and Scrum Masters, you will provide direction on backend design standards, coding practices, and CI / CD pipeline management to ensure high-quality deliverables.
This role requires expertise in .NET Core / C#, Azure, and Azure DevOps, with a strong focus on embedding development best practices across teams.
Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor senior engineers across various squads, ensuring alignment with best practices. Deliver backend (.NET 8) initiatives. Drive collaboration and engagement within and across squads to improve workflows. Develop and troubleshoot scalable solutions and guide the team on complex technical challenges. Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical challenges into understandable insights. Ideal Candidate Extensive experience in backend development, particularly in .NET / C# Core. Strong background in Azure services, microservices, and asynchronous communication patterns. Proficiency in integration design patterns, API development, SQL, and TDD / unit testing. Familiar with Azure DevOps, Git, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
