The Role:
Technical and customer escalation point for service desk engineers
Provide technical guidance, configuration and support for a number of technologies such as Microsoft 365, desktop, cloud and server infrastructure, and network
Lead Project tasks working closely with customer stakeholders and engineers to deploy solutions
Hands on delivery of project work and support
Work with highly experienced team to maintain the best practice environment

Required Skills and Experience:
Exceptional customer service experience
Must have excellent communication skills
Recent MSP experience is highly regarded
Proven project leadership skills
Solid hands on L3 engineering skills
At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft system engineering
At least 3 years of experience in networking
Experience in leading projects and staff is highly regarded
Expert desktop knowledge.
You must be highly familiar with end user support to be considered for this role
Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Exchange Online
Experience with deploying workloads to Azure environments.
Good knowledge of antivirus and backup systems
Familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Security, Fortinet, Cisco/Meraki will be advantageous
Knowledge of AWS cloud, DevOps, and Containers will be advantageous
