Your Impact As a Technical Lead at Weel, you'll play a critical role in our Engineering team, building scalable financial infrastructure and driving key decisions related to project delivery, direction, and quality. You will guide the technical trajectory and provide leadership to a team of skilled developers.
Balancing hands-on technical expertise with effective people management, this role is ideal for someone passionate about building and nurturing an epic team, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
Your experience in full-stack application development will be invaluable, coupled with a solid understanding of how lean development teams operate. You'll work with product managers, designers, and other areas of our business to produce the best platform possible. We are building for scale and high performance to achieve our product mission of "Every expense, complete."
