The Technical Lead will demonstrate high-level skills and leadership within the Nightingale Development and Technical team.
Under the supervision of the Software Development Manager, you will need to understand requirements, create technical specifications, develop software solutions based on requirements, and play a key role in the technology roadmap and the future direction of the platform.About You:We are looking for someone who can apply their experience to ERP development using the Microsoft Technology stack and play a key role in determining our technical solutions moving forward.
You enjoy technical challenges and can use your experience to deliver outcomes that will improve the performance, scalability, and maintenance of our software solutions.
A can-do attitude is important, and being able to learn new skills and technologies is an essential part of this role.Essential Criteria:In-depth knowledge of the .NET Framework, .NET 6+, and at least one of the .NET languages (preferably C#)Advanced knowledge of the Cloud Hosting platform Microsoft Azure.Demonstrated proficiency in building web-based applicationsAdvanced knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL), and ORM's such as Entity Framework or XPO.Leadership of and within Agile Development processes.Microsoft Power Platform including Co-Pilot, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI would be beneficial.Benefits:You will be rewarded with being part of a rapidly growing, dynamic Perth-based organisation that is servicing clients across the country.
