Technical Field and Service RepresentativeLocation: Based in NSW Location Flexible | Full-TimeAre you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for technical systems and customer service? Join a global company as a Technical Field and Service Representative and play a key role in delivering exceptional support and service to customers in NSW.
What You'll DoField Service & Support: Perform service calls, including titration tests, inventory management, and adjustments to liquid feed equipment.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customers' service needs are met according to established protocols.Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain feed systems, including controllers, pumps, relays, and wiring, while ensuring all systems operate effectively.ResponsibilitiesConduct monthly inventory counts and manage customer product ordering requirements.Plan and execute routine service visits, proactively addressing customer concerns and ensuring proper dosing and system functionality.Complete detailed service reports and conduct exit interviews with customers after each visit.Collaborate with managers on technical surveys, proposals, and installations.Identify and communicate technical or operational issues to the appropriate manager.What We're Looking ForA professional who values customer satisfaction and can represent the company with professionalism and reliability.Strong technical aptitude and experience with feed systems or similar equipment.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage schedules, reports, and customer expectations.A team player who thrives on solving problems and delivering exceptional service.Why Join?
