Reporting to the program lead, your duties may include but are not limited to:Running immunological assays including ADA and pharmacokinetic assays.Designing, planning, performing, documenting, and interpreting scientific experiments, including method development and validation.Coordinating and executing all aspects of assigned projects, including method development, SOPs and forms, qualification/validation, technical work, routine data collection, data analysis, data reporting, logistics, timelines, deliverables, and resources (staff, reagents).Acting as the primary scientific liaison for assigned company clients.Managing operational aspects in the laboratory.Supporting bioanalytical laboratory team members to achieve their best performance.Signing off and recording training as per the QMS.Mentoring junior staff members in their area of expertise.About you:Bachelor's degree in life sciences, immunology, cellular/molecular biology, or other related areas is required. Master's degree or PhD is preferred.3-5 years of experience in a highly regulated environment following ISO 17025, GLP, NATA or similar.Demonstrated experience and thorough understanding of immunological based assays including ADA and PK assays.Experience in the development and validation of immunoassays.Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.Methodical, thorough, and good attention to detail.Apply!
