The candidate can be based out of Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. Your responsibilities will include: Drive engineering activities to support market insight driven design direction and provide technical guidance to assist and steer development. Technical development of new products, solutions, and training packages for the market. Production of technical documents and influencing revisions to Australian Standards. Work across InfraBuild business units and functional teams to assist in the development and delivery of projects that achieve sustainable outcomes. Partner with industry and academia to research and develop complimentary construction solutions. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team with the following attributes: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil and/or Structural). Highly experienced in the construction sector. Be a strategic thinker with a desire for innovation to identify opportunities and develop project proposals that will deliver long-term value to the business. Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. A high level of computer proficiency.
