Job Description Are you an experienced engineer and business leader ready to make an impact?
Come join AECOM's Transport Group and bring your expertise to drive innovation and share experiences to enhance our collective capabilities across a range of impactful projects.
Based in Maroochydore, this role provides opportunities in project delivery, business development, people management, and mentoring in collaboration with talented peers across Australia and the AECOM global network.
Key Responsibilities: Work Winning and Delivery Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary teams in securing and delivering high-value transport infrastructure projects, from initial planning through to detailed design. Client Relationship Management: Serve as our local lead for our work with TMR North Coast Region, building and nurturing relationships to deepen understanding of TMR's needs and challenges. Account Coordination and Knowledge Sharing: Ensure effective communication and seamless collaboration across the TMR account team.
Lead and support our positioning, bidding, and internal coordination efforts to ensure that we execute our account plans for TMR North Coast. Market Intelligence and Insight Sharing: Gather and efficiently share market intelligence, supporting internal stakeholders in aligning strategies with the latest industry knowledge and growth opportunities. Qualifications About You:
Demonstrated success in work winning and project delivery for large-scale transport projects. Proven experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams. Strong client relationship skills, with a track record of building meaningful connections across all levels. Strategic mindset with a focus on business growth, account management, and team leadership. Passionate about mentorship, with a collaborative approach to helping team members excel. At AECOM, you'll work on varied, high-impact projects with fees ranging from $100K to over $100M, contributing to the transformation of Australia's transport infrastructure.
