Join us, and let's create a legacy of excellence together.  What will a day in this role look like:   Lead delivery of major transport infrastructure projects, focusing on culture, project performance, client relationships, and contractor relationships.
Work with an industry-leading team on a broad range of transport infrastructure projects that shape cities and regions, including some of Queensland's largest road and passenger transport projects, and indeed Australia-wide.  Foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams.  Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, customers and partners.  Influence and lead strategy development and execution to achieve business success.  Lead change and drive productivity by championing our digital delivery initiatives, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies and innovative practices to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications What are we looking for from you?
  Tertiary qualification in engineering suitable to hold (or obtain) RPEQ status in Queensland, ideally with 20 years + relevant experience.  Demonstrated experience in the role of Project Manager for delivery of major transport infrastructure projects and meeting delivery requirements, including for the Department of Transport and Main Roads in Queensland (TMR) Knowledge of the market for consulting services in Queensland to support the positioning and winning of projects, including Business Cases, design-only contract development, D&C, ECI and ETI delivery.   An effective leader with tenacity and drive to achieve outstanding results, grow the team and balance priorities.  Strong client focus and relationships, with business development experience and demonstrated commercial acumen.  Understanding of consulting resourcing planning and forecasting.   Flexibility to be present across our Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast offices to develop client relationships, mentor staff and build team rapport.  Additional Information AECOM acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we, our clients and our communities live and work around Australia. We pay our respects to their cultures and to their Elders — past, present, and emerging.
