Be a driving force within a highly successful construction engineering business working on Australia's biggest infrastructure projects.We are seeking a seasoned strategic leader with major project experience to join one of Australia's largest dedicated construction engineering consultancies. You will be a driving force within a highly successful business working on Australia's biggest infrastructure projects.The roleDevelop and implement strategic plans for the engineering team and lead national engineering initiatives to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects across the country.Coordinate with Principals, Senior Associates, and other personnel for smooth project execution.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineering professionals and technical staff.Ensure the highest standards of engineering practices are maintained.Work closely with Clients to understand their needs, build strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and partners to foster opportunities for collaboration and new business.Help develop and manage the engineering Project and Task budgets and monitor project costs and ensure efficient use of resources.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
