Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Director - Electrical (Substation Design / Renewable Energy) to join our Brisbane-based Power Team.
You would be adept in the design and integration of renewable energy systems into power grids.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Leveraging expertise in electrical engineering principles to drive sustainable and impactful energy solutions, contributing significantly to the evolution of clean energy integration.Spearheading the development and implementation of innovative solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity, and optimizing the performance of renewable energy sources within the grid infrastructure.What you will bring to the team: Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering.Must have Registered professional engineer under the professional Engineers Act of Queensland (RPEQ).10+ years' experience working in large scale projects, mainly in HV Substation Design (preferably gained in Australia) up to 275kV, large scale BESS, Windfarms and Solar farm development.Strong Understanding of technical design standards and demonstrated experience in design and delivery of large-scale substation and transmission/distribution projects.Ability to mentor and guide a team of junior engineers on challenging large-scale projects and consistent record of successful project delivery.Important Notice: Office Shutdown Period
