Technical experience required for a Digital ProjectBased in Brisbane with flexible WFH / Not fully remotePosition Overview:We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in the successful execution of a digital project. As the ideal candidate, you will possess a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise, enabling you to bridge the gap between stakeholders, business requirements, and technical solutions. This role will involve working on front-end mobile and web applications, collaborating closely with integration and solution architects, tech leads, and three agile delivery teams.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital projects, focusing on front-end mobile and web applications.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with project objectives and constraints.Work closely with integration and solution architects, tech leads, and agile delivery teams to ensure the seamless integration of front-end solutions with back-end systems and third-party services.Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data structures to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to prioritize and refine user stories based on business value and technical feasibility.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of project goals and deliverables.Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis, digital project management, and front-end development.Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines or deliverables, and work with the project team to mitigate them effectively.Utilize the Atlassian suite (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for documentation purposes.Key Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and developing technical specifications.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Familiarity with mobile app development platforms and tools (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus but not required.Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus but not required.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
