Job Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and guide the technical aspects of integrating data from various sources into the new Agency Data Analytics platform, including:
Data Governance Alignment: Ensuring developed data integration solutions are aligned with and adhere to Agency data governance policies, standards, and controls. Architectural Design: In conjunction with any Data Architect or Solution Architect, design and implement data integration solutions that ensure data consistency, quality, and accessibility. Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring any assigned project team of data engineers and developers, ensuring best practices and standards are followed. Technical Expertise: Providing deep technical knowledge in data integration tools and technologies, such as ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, APIs, and data warehousing. Problem Solving: Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the data integration process. Quality Assurance: Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the integration process. Job Requirements Experience in providing deep technical knowledge in designing solutions using data integration tools and technologies, such as ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, APIs, and data warehousing. Experience in applying extensive knowledge of digital standards to provide the company's executives with expert advice on emerging trends and risks in digital standards and develop mitigation strategies to manage identified risks. Experience in providing significant contributions to innovation and business improvement strategies. Experience in the development and application of standards is highly desirable. Expert-level knowledge and experience of HL7 V2, CDA & FHIR desirable. Job Location
