Job Description Location :  Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide  Requirement :   Must have Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance Key duties may include, but are not limited to: • Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis.
• Manage scope of projects from inception to closure.
• Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.
• Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.
• Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.
• Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective.
• Provide technical direction and leadership.
• Ensure technical teams adhere to industry best practices, standards and methodologies.
• Lead and manage technical teams including developers, engineers and other technical professionals.
• Identify and manage risks related to the technical delivery.
• Provide technical expertise and support teams to solve complex technical challenges.
Requirements Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 3 + years experience in the following areas; • Experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.
• Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT Environment, • And/or Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT Environment.
Weighted Criteria: • Experience working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders and partners to minimise the organisation change impact in order to successfully implement Cyber Security mitigations.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
• Experience in the management of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems environments.
