Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our product-focused teams, delivering end-to-end services and supporting them in production. In this role, you will oversee the execution of technical projects, manage teams, and ensure timely delivery in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Identify key business objectives and recommend solutions while performing business process and management consulting analysis. Manage project scope from inception to closure. Define, develop, and manage implementation schedules and project budgets. Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off, and ensure effective completion of milestones while controlling project scope and mitigating risks. Ensure project teams deliver to configuration, development, and methodology standards. Provide technical direction and leadership to teams, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Lead and manage technical teams, including developers and engineers. Identify and manage risks related to technical delivery. Provide expertise to support teams in solving complex technical challenges. Candidate Selection Criteria: Mandatory Criteria: Minimum 3+ years of experience in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing scope, schedule, and budget. Significant experience implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT environment. Experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects. Weighted Criteria: Proven ability to influence stakeholders and minimize change impacts for successful Cyber Security implementations. Track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary programs from project definition to delivery.
