Our Central Technology team within Commodities and Global Markets are executing an exciting strategic program to improve our strategy and platforms to meet Macquarie's customer's needs.

What role will you play?In this dynamic role, you will deliver and manage the new eComms Surveillance monitoring solution, working on a cross-Group initiative.
Part of the role includes people responsibilities for staff in your team, supporting their development and well-being.
You will be partnering with the global business/product team, as well as other delivery and technology teams, to help shape the solution, plan and drive the delivery.
You will have a delivery team, which will be responsible to critically evaluate the business requirements, develop and review solution options, consider delivery and operational considerations for the delivery of the project as well the on-going management of the product/technology.
What you offerExperience in a delivery focused role with a good understanding of E2E delivery planning, agile ceremonies, dependencies and RAIDProven track record of success in communicating with stakeholders, building and managing resources and costs, reporting progress and delivering initiatives on timeStrong leadership skills in creating and maintaining great team culturePrevious experience working with distributed teams across different time zonesExperience with eCommerce and/or Surveillance highly desirableWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
