We are seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Lead to bring expertise and leadership in technical strategy and integrated solution delivery.
Role Overview:
As the Technical Delivery Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end technical delivery process, ensuring alignment with the Agency's strategic objectives.
In a multivendor environment, you'll coordinate across teams to support solution design, integration, testing, and more.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including product teams, architecture, security, operations, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Delivery Management: Oversee solution requirements, systems design, development with vendors, integration, testing, and manage interdependencies for all roadmap projects.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal SMEs and external partners across product, architecture, security, operations, and compliance functions.DevOps/DevSecOps Leadership: Implement best practices within DevOps/DevSecOps frameworks for robust and secure solution delivery.Strategic Alignment: Ensure solutions align with business goals, vendor contracts, commercial strategies, and technical requirements.Planning and Execution: Provide technical support to the technology planning team for roadmap alignment and to the solution delivery team for architecture, design, and testing.Operational Support: Collaborate with the SIAM and Systems Integration teams to address operational issues, enhance features, and uplift systems integration maturity.What You'll Bring: Technical Experience: Proven expertise in delivering large, mission-critical systems within cloud environments and managing extensive databases and applications, such as Oracle.Leadership in Complex Environments: Experience coordinating across multiple vendors and fostering cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization.DevOps/DevSecOps Knowledge: Practical understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps practices to ensure efficient, secure delivery.Strategic and Collaborative Mindset: Ability to balance technical and business strategies to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions.Effective Communication: Strong skills in conveying technical requirements and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.Contract Benefits: Impactful Work: Contribute to projects with significant national influence.Competitive Hourly Rate: Earn $150 per hour on a secure government contract.Potential Extension: Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of a further 12-month extension.Collaborative Environment: Work in a supportive, fast-paced team committed to innovation and integration.Interested?
