About the opportunity In your new customer service and technical support role you will report directly to the head of customer experience, working as part of a team of technical customer service representatives.
You will be required to have high attention to detail and great communication skills.
You will need to be compassionate and understanding when dealing with customer queries, and display excellent product understand and understanding of Diabetes.
You will be a part of a friendly and vibrant team, which strives on building relationships both internally and externally.
The company is experiencing fast growth within the Australian market which could result in a promising career.
DutiesTechnical troubleshooting over the phone with medical devices and appsAssisting with manufacturing claimsOrdering replacement or new product ordersProvide a high level of Customer ServiceUse of SAPEnsure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when requiredCreating new processesSkills and ExperienceExperience in customer service in a technical environment to everyday people - medical device or biotechnology advantageousGraduates who are looking to build a career in the medical device industry are welcome to applyAbility to be flexible and adapt to changesStrong communication skillsSAP knowledge desirableStrong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilityEmpathetic and professional interpersonal skillsCulture A team environment, encouraging internal growth and development.
