This role will be a 50/50 split between providing technical support and administrative assistance, reporting to the National Sales Manager. The position is based in Campbellfield, with potential travel and participation in industry shows across Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite and remote technical support to local partners and end customers.Develop cooperation with installers across Australia.Deliver product training and installation guidance to customers and partners.Build and maintain a knowledge base for product information and technical support.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for local partners and the internal technical team.Represent Ecopower at industry shows and events.Assist the sales team with administrative and sales support.Help with the receiving and dispatching of orders.Skills and AttributesStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Technically oriented with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.Educational background or experience in Electrical/Electronics, Battery, IT, IoT, or related fields is advantageous.Familiarity with electrical products, particularly PV (Photovoltaic) and ESS (Energy Storage Systems) installations.Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.Additional SkillsProficiency in PowerPoint (PPT) and Excel.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
